I purchased a cart recently after seeing one that a neighbor had that was pleased with his.
I am more than satisfied with my beachcart and my only regret is that I hadn’t gotten one earlier.
After using it a few times one of the clips came off of the carrying bag, a minor problem but not something that I could easily fix.
I called customer service and left a voicemail with my problem.my call was returned within ten minutes by the owner who took my information and told me that a new bag would be sent the next day.UPS just delivered it a few hours ago.
Now that’s the way to run a business.

I have tried several beach carts, no one get closer to the quality and practicality of a mybeachcart. Also great costumer support, can´t get any better than this. 100% recommended.
