Wonderful product, very well designed. The wheels glide over sand, even when the cart is fully loaded. And I'm talking the super-soft sugary powder sand of Pensacola Beach. This cart excels at carrying things too large/long for a wagon. I'm able to carry a large cooler, 2 large camp chairs, 2 beach bags, a beach tent, and hammock stand all on this cart. Then, when you're done, it folds up nicely and the wheels detach easily so it stows down fairly flat.
What's even better than the product is the customer service. Steve really stands behind his product and is exceptionally helpful if any issues occur. I had a minor issue with my cart, and within a few hours of reaching out to him, he had a replacement part on its way. Thanks Steve!

This is a great cart. I have pretty bad arthritis and this makes transporting my stuff a breeze. It stores almost completely flat in the trunk of my car.
Even better is the customer service that backs this product up. I had a problem with UPS getting this delivered and I took a chance and texted and emailed the company. I got the boss on the line almost right away and he fixed the problem by having a new one delivered to the location of my vacation. And providing a label so I could return the other one if it got delivered.
The upshot of the story is that this company will bend over backwards to make sure that you get what you want.

Best customer service I've ever experienced. One of my straps broke and they offered to send me a free replacement. they started the shippment process the next day after I contacted them with my issue. Steve stands behind his product well after the sale!!!
